I got scammed on ebay.

I purchased a phone on ebay from some lady in Florida it has been 3 weeks and nothing showed up with a non working USPS tracking number. I filed a dispute with ebay and paypal. I got 2 more ebay members who got scammed by the same lady on ebay. She has 600+ positive feedback. I have her phone number which goes into voicemail only. I also have her address, if by any chance anyone is in florida or has a friend who is willing to show up at her house for more info would be appreciated. She has been intouch with me with the usual excuse its shipping, there is a delay in shipping and last I heard from her is she will be refunding my money. The reason why I am looking for someone to show up at her place, is maybe that will teach her a lesson not to scam people.

I've been getting a bunch of e-mails recently that mask their address and look identical to eBay's real addresses, saying that I have to comfirm information and junk and to get you to sign in, but if you pay attention its just some other site that's trying to get your info. So it could either be a scammer, or someone who got hacked.

i bought a phone off ebay and it was a scam... someone had hacked into someones account that had over 1000+ positive feedbacks and was posting phones for 1/2 price... some buyers paid... some didn't... i didn't pay and ebay contacted me saying it was a scam...

eBay is an easy place to get scammed IF you're not careful, I actually wasn't paying attention and put my user name and password into one of those forms and ended up having my account screwed with... it sucked so bad....

One of my friends fell for one of those R1's for $3k scams. Part of me felt sorry for him, part of me felt like it was hopeless and he sort of deserved it for how stupid he was after he explained what he did. He had to get preapproved, then overnight after he got preapproved, the guy cancelled the auction and said he could buy it outside of eBay...which was retarded right there cause it took out the whole contract for both parties. Then he wanted MoneyGram...which is retarded again on my friends part to follow....then the most retarded part, was he sent the money to Argentina or some country, when the story stated they were in Texas... I don't know, I do feel sorry for him sort of, but don't really care he was dumb enough to do that kind of shit without thinking, especially with that much money and the warnings I gave him about scams like that.

Paypal wont refund the money, not sure if I mentioned before that I recieved a package from her and it was a VHS tape movie the bone collector. Paypal fucked me pretty much, credit card company is going after her. Autumn filed a police report, I filed a dispute with ebay as item recieved not as described.
