when my integra is on a hill like my driveway and the ebrake is up, if i sit in the car it starts to roll backwards... what is wrong with it and how do i fix it??

Have you taken the cover off and adjusted it? Get a manual.

A 1995 Integra should be rear disc.

The best way is to grab a service manual like a Helms, and there is a section that goes over the Ebrake cable and other related parts you can try and adjust.

A somewhat random guess, is that your rear calipers are getting worn and tired, and aren't holding as well as they should anymore.

Just tighten your ebrake cable.
Take off the plastic cover that covers the handle. Your will see a two cables going into a bracket. In the middle of the bracket there should be a nut. You need to tighten that nut.

This is my guess as well.
Just tighten your ebrake cable.
This would only hide problems for a little longer
