Tried searching and came up with nothing. Everything is all wired up and it still wont fire. switched out the resistor box and still nothing. i guess the injectors would be next. its getting fuel to the rail, but obviously not in the motor. anyone know how to do this right? I will pay you for your time, i just really need my car running so i can get to and from work.

TIA,
Bryan

positive. took all 4 plugs out and watched all of them spark

have you tried checking fuel pressure at the rail? Did you wire it yourself?

i already told you to change the injectors if you would listen and try shit that i tell you then you could probably figure it out your self.as far as the wiring what do you mean does anyone know how to do it right?how many times have you done it? ive done this conversion 3 times before yours also did you get the pin that goes in the ecu plug?do the things ive told you to do before you get all bent out of shape about it.maybe you should check your dash harness it could be a number of different things start with what i said and go from there.i have my own cars to work on thats why i havent come by but saturday after i get out of work ill come by

Spark, compression, air, and fuel. Got those? Hows timing? What about the wiring and stuff 60-1teg talked about?

i did the wiring and when you spray starting fluid in the motor it fires.as far as the compression goes i told him to do a compression test on it which probably hasnt been done and the pin that is missing for the ecu needs to be put in so get that before you do anything else then change the injectors if that dont work then wait until i can come over.

ok so i double and triple checked the wiring and everything is cool there, and like i mentioned above, i switched out the resistor box, so my next move is to try to replace the injectors.

Thanks

did you try checking for the power at the injectors like i suggested?

i think harbor freight has noids lights for pretty cheap. that will tell you for sure if anything is wrong in the wiring. if there is not any sort of signal at the injectors then test at the ecu... if you have power at the ecu then just kinda test in various places in between the ecu and injectors, untill you find your problem.

because of the fact that it will start with starting fluid that means he has air, spark, and compression... he is just lacking fuel

BTW how did you check for fuel pressure at the rail? if you disconnect the fuel return line and turn the key to the on position it should spray fuel pretty much everywhere... that is one way to test... maybe not the best, but it works if you dont have any sort of a guage.

no i havent checked for power at the injectors but i know now that its not getting fuel to the filter or even up to the rail. i dont think the fuel pump is kicking on. i know the main relay is working though. just not sure what to do. i really dont have time to look at the car much before and after work so if i dont get it running by early this week, ill just sell it as is and buy something that runs.

Don't you have a truck? Can't you drive that to/from work?

yea i do but it gets about 12 MPG and my roundtrip is about 80 miles per day so it kinda sucks...
