Ok. I, being the uninformed dolt, installed a type-R rear anti-sway bar on my Integra GSR. It ripped out. I got a Beaks kit, put the type-r rear sway back on and everything was cool. Well, it's kinda loosened up over time. The bracket slips up/down a little on the beaks kit. I'm wondering how to further reinforce the subframe. I've put on a tie bar to help keep things from flexing but just ran across a subframe reinforcement from ASR, link below. Figured I'd run it by the gear heads that know much more than myself and get some feedback.

How in the hell did your subframe rip out?
I used the BSQ kit on my LS, and even on stock suspension with me ripping on the car EVERY day for a good 4,000 miles, I never had any problems with it.
Pics of the damage?

Reading not one of your strong points, eh?
He said it ripped out before he got the Beaks kit, n00b.

The ASR would be superior to your standard lower tie bar in that it provides a sturdier mount point for the swaybar bushings as well as the lower control arm. Your lower tie bar only reinforces the control arms.

Sharing beer is a good thing. MMMmmm... Beeer...
Maybe I'll give the ASR a try. I can post pics later of the subframe if ya'll want to see the damage. It's pretty impressive.
BTW, I don't autox or anything. This is my daily driver. I just get spanked by most other cars. ;-) I keep telling the wife I need a turbo, but she won't fall for it. I mean, my manhood is at stake! I almost got the beat down from a turbo'd PT Cruiser for christ sake!!! (I eventually got in front of it thank god, just had to get the speeds up)
