It looks like the mechanism to roll up and down a window. I am unsure if it is power or manual.

*edit* It is a manual regulator.

not positive but I believe thats the drivers side... If you stick it in the door and bolt the 4 front bolts and then the window you can usually tell really quickly.

Yeah I have a 94 with a bad stripped out passenger side.
