Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind

Anyone have this? I hear it's a pretty sweet game for people who like RPGS.... though it takes a massive system to run right. I was thinking of getting it, though i'd have to upgrade first so it would cost some big $$$... anyone try it and have feedback?

Been playing it quite a lot and its definately a system suck. I have the 2.4GHz p4 - GF3 Ti500 and its still kinda weird at times. Of course...I'm playing with anti-aliasing and pixel shaders....hrmm...

Its a great game..wouldnt recommend anything slower than say a p3 1GHz and GF2 or better to run it....

800 hours tho...prepare to have no life if you get sucked into it. :)

Good grief. Would my Tbird 800, gf2 mx400, 1/2gig ram machine fit the minimum requirements?

Is this game played online like Everquest, DAOC? I've never heard of it...

Morrowind is the sequel to Daggerfall, one of the best single player rpg's ever made (as far as its open endedness). I'd LOVE to play this game, but my P3 450 probably wouldn't even run the opening movie :)

Let me tell ya tho' if you install the "patch" or HACK or whatever the fack it is..to remove the $afeDi$k protection...its like a 3-4% load on the minimum-ish CPU. *STAB* copy protection that causes a performance hit.
