I recently hooked back up the P/S on a 94 Integra. Filled it up with P/S fluid, turned the wheel left/right over and over and nothing. I noticed that the reservoir overflows when turning the wheel. I heard that a belt that is too tight might cause that but it doesn't seem that tight. Has this happend to anyone?

Probably air in the system, if it was left open to atmosphere it could be contaminated with dirt also. It may take a while for the air to bleed out.

Let it run and work the wheel back and forth while adding a little fluid at a time.

My Prelude did the same thing.. I think the pump was going out. I didn't care to spend money on the shitbox, so I think it finally just burned up... or something.

Then I guess I'll just keep turning the wheel back and forth, It is a pain in the ass though.
