02 Malibu classic vs 94 integra LS

My friend thinks that his car will beat me in a race. His car is pushing 170 hp and my integra has 140 hp. I am thinking that I will win becasue his car is over 400 lbs more and he weighs about 150 lbs more then me. I have an air intake and 17inch rims with 205-40-17 tires. My suspenion is stiff too. So what do you think? My car is a stick and his is and auto.
