Broken sunroof

My sun roof in my 1990 Honda civic SI is broken. It will only open and does not close. I know it's not the switch, does anyone know where to find a new sunroof motor, or perhaps a way to fix it ?

Are the rails lubed? Mine used to shake and sometimes get jammed because there was no lube on them. If not it's probably the motor.

The rails have been lubed with white petrolium. I know the motor is still working cuz when i crank it shut with an allen wrench, it is much easyer when switch is in close position. I can feel the motor barley pulling. It opens perfectly fine just does not shut. Any advice would be appreciated.
