Fuel Line Fun!

Hey guys,

Quiiick question on a buddies car. From the fuel filter... to the rail. Out of the rail... to where?

It looks like it goes to a small manifold or something that has a total of 3 lines. This manifold is leaking quite a bit. What's the recommend fix for it?

What part in the pic is it? If its what I think it is, its a FPR of some sort. Depending on what brand it is, it may be rebuildable or resealable.

That is kind of the problem, I don't see it in the pic. The return line does move up and down a lil bit.

Picture. Line with the hose clamps is what comes from the fuel rail.

How about:

pump --> line --> filter --> line --> rail --> FPR --> return line --> tank

I dont understand your question. John has a simple fuel system for you. The schematic you gave us has a Charcoal canister and an EGR valve in it from what I can tell..

I think I figured it out. In the circle is piece #21. It's just a bracket. I thought it was more. Meaning that my problem is #16, and the middle pipe on number 17.
