As the title implies, anyone know of a good web site to find home foreclosure listings in Colorado (colorado springs to be specific)?

HUD/FHA forclosures mainly, legit site, not some sign up stuff. I think they are the main contract for home selling for HUD/FHA.

They list the bidding deadline, etc and then you have to contact a realtor to put a bid in for you. I've seen some good deals on there. Some good fixer type houses. I just searched Springs and there seemed to be a bunch.

Just for fun, one time I found a house on that site, we went and looked at it and it had no carpet. I googled the address and the first hit was the Jefferson County Drug Task Force PDF list of meth lab busts in the previous quarter. :)

when is your wedding? I forgot to congratulate you! :) My suggestion (and I know Hung will agree) Check out the neighborhood and the neighbors before you buy, especially with the car you drive.... otherwise, you might regret it later.
