Suspension Tool for MKIV VW

Does anyone have, or know where I can get locally, the part for changing the front shocks on a MKIV? I heard you can do it with a spark plug socket, but I'm not sure...Anyone done their own springs on a mkiv?

Shit foo. I saw a Jetta tonight that had the race springs on it and it had a real sharp stance to it. I can't wait to get the springs for it!
