The rent for the APPT is 850 a month... So the rent for you would be 425 a month. These are really nice apartments. Adding a garage is an extra 60$ a month. I currently have 1 garage which I will be keeping my car in.
Thing's I look for in a roomate:
Not switching jobs all the time.
Makes decent money.
Not trashing the house.
Non-Smoker
Someone that will not throw party's all the time.
(I work 12 hours a day and when I get home from work im really tired)
I already have furniture, a pool table (if I can fit it), a big screen tv (plus entertainment system), computer, so there is less money out of your pocket.
