After watching it again, I'm not convinced he didn't tag the white car. It looks like the tail may have wagged a little. I don't see damage but the video isn't all that clear.

I dont think its real...watch the car right as it goes behind the white work truck..you can the car disapear then re-appear about 2ft further left then it was before...maybe its just the quality of the video but it looks like a fram was skipped when this happens...maybe not but after watching it like 45739589743958 times that what I see...
