you can buy a brand spankin new Treo 650 from Verizon for $40.00 and get a free bluetooth headset with it. Think I'm kidding? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0009SA35K/103-8824690-1037416?n=301185. Even with out the rebate, it can still be had for $189. Considering 1 GB SD cards can be had for under $20, you might consider coming down on your price quite a bit.
