does everythin still work? no shaft-play,wastegate doesnt stick? does it come w/ downpipe?

yup no shaft play, shaft spins freely. everything in working order. comes with everything except whatever i said above. turbo, manifold, intercooler piping, downpipe, return line, feed line, etc.
