The one you'd get would likely have the Cobalt SS motor though. That's the one Jay Leno has anyway.

actually it had the K20A from the CTR. its rated slightly lower than the K20A in the ITR. still a K series though.

yes they did. it is most easily identifiable because the exhaust manifold comes off the back of the engine, and the supercharger is not visible. if it was a B series motor, you wouldnt see the headers from the back of the car.

edit: plus, its a K series valve cover, too tall to be a B

No they didn't the old guy said that it was a civic type R motor supercharged rated at 300 bhp. a CTR motor at that time was a B16B
