Sprint and Nextel

Just want to let people know that their customer service sucks.

I bought a new phone no monday, it was shipped to me and I finally got it on wed. The stupid person that sold me the phone didn't know jack sh*t about it. And when I got the phone it didn't really have the features that I needed.

Now I'm trying to return and get a different phone and nothing but problems. The first thing they do is sell you the phone and then for returns they transfer you 8 times and finally they told me that I had to go back to the store that I made the order from and I have to get the return instructions from them.

So I went to the store and they tell me that I can't do return at the store because it wasn't sold from their inventory and I have to ship it back to the warehouse it was sold from.



SO now I cancelled my order for the phone that I just bought and I'm sending this phone back as well.

I used to sell for them and over the last 3-4 years their service has gone down hill! I just left them after 8 years of service for Cingular and so far I like Cingulars service areas and customer service. Only had it for 3 months but doing well so far!
