i have the 92 civic cx seats(left and right) with no seat belt latches and the safty light wires were cut so the dash ligh wouldnt come on. but there is no ripps or tears that i can visibly see on the seats. comes with the factory bracets on both. Have some brand new black covers that are on the seats right now that are in perfect shape that will come with the seats.... if you want some pics just ask...no lowball offers. at least over 50 bucks takes them
