Hey guys!

I decided to dable into a dsm again.... I got a great deal on a perfect condition 91 tsi 5spd. I'm hoping some of you can help me out a bit.
It was owned by an older man who was making a weekend racer out of it, but traded it in at the dealership for a new jeep lol.. i got it for 2 grand.

from what i see.. i've had it for one day...

Aem fuel pressure regulator
Blue top injectors
16g of some sort-haven't counted the fins yet
Turbo XS bov
Apexi safc 2
HKS-Evc
all four cross drilled rotors with 2nd gen 2 piston front calipers
full cat back exhaust (dont know what kind yet)

I took the car out yesterday, i ran the crappy gas out of it and threw in 20 bucks of sunoco 94, it ran alot better, does not smoke, ping or knock.

currently, the evc is set at 13lbs of boost.. but it's stuttering when boost comes on (not consistent). Are those blue top injectors 450cc? The turbo spools nice and hard and the car is a little rocket. he has tons of receipts.. the timing belt is brand new, and their are no leaks, no rust, no dings...paint is a little faded.

The safc settings seem a little wierd... I think someone was messing with them. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this stutter?? it's seemed like a fuel issue.. I noticed a small leak where the aem regulator is and i fixed it but haven't driven it since.

Also, what is the fin difference on the small or big 16g? Thanks guys I really appreciate it!

Frank

It looks damn clean, but get a rear camber kit on that thing! :)

By the way, 99% of the people on this board are from Colorado.. hence "High Altitude Imports". ;)
