This guy has found a way to use electricity to turn water into "HHO" gas... I'm assuming that the H2O molecules are just being broken apart into hydrogen and oxygen gasses...

JUst uses electrolysis to break the hydrogen from the h20. My son and I built a rocket using the same principal a few weeks ago.

Thats old technology, the big thing is to find more efficient ways to sperate the H&O's. Right now the only ways to mass seperate them is electricity and big ass fume producing smokestacks. Both of which outwiegh the benefit of using water.

I think they also have some hydrogen stations in cali maybe?
