Any one know what or who has the copper head gasket that handles 500+hp?

Or that fancy "blue" timing belt?

I believe Cometic makes a copper head gasket. Fancy blue timing belt must be some JDM brand. :D

Just get the multi layer metal head gasket, copper isn't needed unless you plan on pulling the head all the time and reusing it. You can get the blue kevlar timing belt from Road Race Engineering and the copper gasket if you really want it.

I think the timing belt you're referring to is the power enterprises one or the greddy. As for head gasket's, mitu's mls holds up quite well, hks too (but is a little pricey), and so is the cometic standard. Cometic also makes an HP version of thier head gasket but some people have had poor experiences with them.
