ever wonder why people trust glocks? read that... and watch the videos...

buried it in potting soil, sand, baby powder, etc... shot at it with a .22... droped it from a rooftop... ran it over... dropped it from an airplane... dragged it down the street in a car... ran it over in dirt... salt water test...

they even tested a HK... :rofl:

Years and years ago they run an article in Handgun or some similar magazine titled "World's Toughest Handgun?"

It was a torture test on a G17 (not nearly as severe as the one above) but it made me a believer. I've got the article scanned if anyone wants a copy.... hell I'll just load it to my site and post it here in when I get home.

Anyways, after reading it my buddy decided he'd never clean his .40S&W Glock (G23 I think?). He went for many years and around 20,000 rounds before he finnaly cleaned it. Never jammed once. Only reason he broke down and cleaned it was because he went to take the handgun course at Frontsite, and wanted the best accuracy possible. :D
