Any one know if after the first Club Clash it's possible to start. A buddy of mine had a bunch of guys bail last time and I figured why not get in ,if I can.

Oh! I thought those two cars sounded familiar! Welcome to the board bro!
Definitely come out and race with us, either in the Civic or the Chevelle. We just like cars around here.
You got your turbo going yet?

I'm going to run the Chevelle ,better chance of being consistant. Joe ran with a co-workers club last week so I'm going to run with them when I can.
And the turbo.... thats not going...at all. Accually that kit is a hack job. I started to install it and half the parts wern't going to fit with out some serious mods. So I'm working on selling it and I'm going to get the JRSC and call it good. Also I sold the 17's last week and bought some SI wheels just havent bought tires yet.

Cool man. I want to see that Chevelle run.
Instead of Jackson kit, I'd do a motor swap first. You'll spend about the same for a B16 as you will for a Jackson blowe and you'll go faster too.

If I were to do the swap I'd have to find a good shop, theres no way i could do it here. I had the car in the garage for 4 days and damn near got kicked out. JDM has the cable type for 1350 and hydro for 2350. Or hell I could go all out and get a B18C5.

There's some people on this board who could help you out. They'd charge a lot less than a mechanic would too, especially if you're going to help.

Over the last few hour I've been thinking about it and I'm going to look into the swap a little further, do a little kissing ass and see if I can have the garage for a while. I'll have to do some research on what parts I'll need so I can be ready, and hopefully keep it from going to far over budget.

I think that's a good idea. You'll be faster than you would if you just did the blower to the SOHC motor and you'll have plenty of room left to grow.
