Looks like all they did was convert just the front to an Escalade. Looks good; but I'd just turn around and sell it if it was handed to me.

Durrrr ya think?
And it's not as simple as you think.. it wouldn't just bolt right up. ;Slap:

Well buttface!!! Yeah! I know it wouldn't bolt right up; and I'm not saying they did a bad job... All I'm saying is that I probably wouldn't want it.
I know, but you said "looks like that's all they did"
"ALL" of that is a ton of work, I almost gauruntee it.

I could smash two pieces of shit together and get the same effect for much cheaper.

Another off road vehicle turned into a pavement pounder. I love what the hip-hop community has done to truck trends. NOT!!!!!!!!!

But you can only ALMOST guarantee it.
And i said "all" they did because the title of this is a Humcalade. Usually something hybrid deserves the combining of two different names. Could have been "H2 with Escalade front end". Or something of that sort. I don't call my car a InteCL or anything like that.
I've never read so much whining.. and that's saying a lot coming from me. ;)

Getting a new one. (if that's a serious question because I really did fry my clutch on Saturday in the teg)
If you're referring to our races way back in the day; my clutch was never slipping. You just beat me ..... fucker.
I read about Saturday, that's why I asked. What clutch are you putting in now?

ACT Stage 2; I just had the stock clutch in there before. This one could be a pain in the ass to drive with; especially in traffic.
Try a Competition Clutch Stage 4... lol. That one oughta' be fun. It's actually not very stiff, but it grabs HARD.

You have to keep in mind that I have stock axles too. I don't want to snap an axle because I'm trying to be a tough guy while launching (something I might be inclined to do)
I have stock axles as well... Servion was running 10.4's on axles and slicks... see this thread:

Just buy some VatoZone axles. Lifetime warrenty rocks.

How much are the axles -- i got bored with reading all of that.. and the whole "preloading" thing. Wouldn't that be bad on your clutch? I mean; I rode mine a little harder than I probably should to try and eliminate the wheel hop (which I did), but it ended up burning too hot and demolishing all chance of getting a decent run in. I mean; I was doing 60 in 4th gear.
edit: oh - how much are slicks too? Because I'd have to invest in axles, slicks, and wheels (for the slicks) if i wanted to do that.
That was on a stock clutch, man. Of course it can't handle preloading. My stock clutch didn't like it much either. If you do it just right and preload it just a second before launching, you'll be ok. Axles are like $65/ea from VatoZone, but I'd suggest getting Napa ones vs. VatoZone. Only reason I'm going to run the VatoZone axles is cuz I have a hookup that said he'll warrenty them for me no matter what.

werd... Ok - Maybe i'll give it a try.. maybe i'll practice first... I'll probably have a shitty R/T if i do that... oh well.
Alright - well i'm off to work. Maybe we'll discuss my poor driving skills later.
It deffinatley takes getting used to.. it took me a couple trys at the track to improve my R/T, but I could only do it a couple times til my clutch was reeking.
