Will this fit an Impreza RS?

I am supposed to pick one of these up for my buddy but I dont know shit about subby's. Does anyone know if an inkate for a WRX will fit an RS? Here is the auction:

I guess I will jump in here, No it will not, at least, not without some modification... which is not worth it... Any GC body style Subby intake will fit the RS. Meaning 93-1999 GC8 and such

oops sorry one last question the Impreza is an 05 I am guessing that doesnt matter?

Doesnt matter, TB location hasnt changed much over the years. Turbo intake will still not fit an N/A car.
