I'd say scroll through that phone, find a listing that says Home or something and return it to the original owner.

That or take it to cingular and see if they can contact the original owner. Not sure about cingular, but there are some companies that charge for losing your phone. Plus the stored #'s on the phone is more important then the actual phone.

Turn it in at the police department and tell them where you found it, or give Chris_Venturini the IMEI number... that would be the honest thing to do. It's not yours to sell, and whoever buys it is just going to get fucked because the rightful owner should have reported it lost or stolen.
