Money is a bit tight, I and my one roommate have a total of 3 unused bedrooms. I don't remember squarefootage off hand, about 1800 I think, plus a large 2 car, and room for 4 cars in the driveway and more street parking than you can shake a stick at. 2 full bathrooms.
Neighbors are cool; we've never had a problem with too much noise, though we're constantly getting shit for too many cars :D
Rent on the whole house is $1,200, split equally, as are utilities (usually under $350 total per month, counting cable). Very large backyard, gas grill, very nice house (that we have filled with cars and parts). We're about 3 blocks from 287 on South Boulder road, very close to everything you could ever need. The garage used to be fully equipped; but it's now serving as storage space since we got the shop, there are still a lot of tools and what not kicking around, though.
The only rules are:
1) I make all the rules :D
2) No crackheads
3) Tolerance for car parts everywhere (seriously, fucking everywhere)
4) Pay your rent on time, or be fed to the jackals
5) Smoke in the garage or outside
This isn't necessarily a long or short term thing; our lease is up in June, though we are considering keeping the house if we can get more roommates. Our third roommate broke his lease a while back, and that put us in a hard spot financially, really we can only afford this house and the shop with at least one more person here. It's a great house and we'd prefer to not give it up if possible.
Ask any questions, it's a nice place and we're very laid back, as long as the bills get paid and the house is clean enough to keep the landlord from pissing me off (doesnt need to be very clean for that), we'll get along fine.
