2G DSM - Which tap?

I have a set of Crower Stage 2s and Fidanza Cam Gears coming in and I am not sure if they are tapped for the CAS (this is for a 2G talon-1998.)

Does anyone know what size Drill & tap I need to install the CAS if they are not already setup?

As I recall the Fidanzas are made ready to use with the CAS, though I'll check when I get up to the shop.

They will have the end tapped already.
