If you're there when the gates open at 4, you can get a bunch of runs till about 6. After that it's so crowded that you have to wait nearly an hour or more in line.

Yea, if your quick, you can get runs in IF they aren't calling groups. If they are, don't count on more than 4

$30 bucks.

FYI if you plan on going a lot, tech for the year, you'll get at least 1 extra run in each time you go if you do this.

I agree with the above,

David if you go make sure you take ice or water sprayer for your IC. Air the tires to about 38 pSI, and slip the clutch about 6000 RPM. This got me a 1.850 60ft. and 13.81 on the stock turbo this weekend.

Thanks for the input guys. I check out the weater.com page though and it says chance of evening showers starting at 5 and going till about 10:00pm!! I mean EVERY other day of the week looks fine... and two weeks in a row :(. Oh well.

Oh and is it more expensive to get "teced for the year"? I am assuming it is.

It's only $20 to tech for the year. If you figure $30 per night at 4 runs for that night, you're at about $8 per run, right? So for the extra $20, if you get one extra run in each time you don't have to tech, it's paid for itself and then some in only 3 trips to the track.

Really, you shouldn't even have to think about it that hard. Just do it. :)

When it was only $25 to race I used to be on the line at 4:30 and by 7 o'clock I had 8-10 timeslips and maybe got a few more by 8 and then went home.
Are they now limiting you from just getting back in line cause if they are that's kinda crappy?

Cool. Once again the weather looks pretty shady this week BUT I am going to be there. Hopefully with my Supercharged Mercedes friend (and some of his cars [heh]).

I think I saw you run a few times that night - impressive

It was sweet the way you pulled on that white conv. GT Mustang towards the end of the track.
