I know you should tune a DSM using 3rd gear pulls but how useful is logging your 1/4 mile runs?
I logged mine and it showed nothing but good results. All the way through 3rd gear I had zero knock and 21 degrees of timing in 1st and 2nd and 24 degrees at 6000rpm in third but never below 20. I did get a few counts of knock going into 4th but it quickly went down and the 1/4 mile was over then.
I logged three runs and they were all consistent.

Sounds like you have it tuned rather well then.

Do the fuel system an crank up the boost already! :D

I know,I know;I hear that daily from newt2.
I have all the pieces to do the pump and re-wire and I'll have the injectors pretty soon.

Paul, with the amount of time you've spent on the board this am
that thing could have been installed!

My friend who is better with the cars electrical system is coming over to help me this next Saturday so I'll try to hit a TnT before the 2nd club clash so I can get the car tuned for 20psi.

I'm gonna try for a 13.6 this Friday,I think the cooler evening temps will help.

That pump will NEVER be in the car. It's been in my garage for almost two years now. If he ever puts it in, I'm gonna drill down and check the tempurature of hell. ;)

IF you can run with no knock at the end of each gear, try leaning the car out... but watch the EGT's
