Man, what a crappy dyno visit. I had some old belts on it and they jumped off the car at around 8500 RPM. They got a little tweaked in the process and I forgot to bring my new belts that I was going to use with me, so we couldn't rev the car too high or the belts would wander. Boost was falling off a bit, but not too bad. The belt situation was so bad that we never even got around to cam tuning, just made sure the timing and AFR was good so I don't blow it up at the track this weekend. It was knock limited, we could make more power on race gas, so I'll have to fill it up with 100 octane next time I go back. The CAI that I made for it worked well, peak air temps after a few pulls only got to 111 degrees. Here's the results:

Damn nice torque curve. Impressive numbers even with crappy belts

i'm new around here, what kind of car are you dynoing? those torque numbers are really unimpressive, but the curve is pretty nice

Yeah, I'm looking out for some used CF M3 fenders and a cheap set of rear bumper speed holez to round out my look. I can't go too crazy with it as I am professional engineer and I drive this thing to customer sites, but I'd like it to be as riced out as I can get it without spending any money on it.

All those numbers are quite impressive if you've ever looked at the dyno charts for a roots supercharged Honda engine. It may not have the huge torque spike your VW has from the K turbos, but its got a ton of usable power.

Funny how he really doesn't know. O man, thats like saying a 600HP supra isn't impressive.

One question - Doesn't your AFR curve make you VERY SCARED? It certainly would me! It looks like you are running out of duty cycle in the high revs in a very big way.

The wideband on that dyno had issues, we were tuning using the wideband in the car.
