I just need a little help trying to figure out why some of the electronics in my 96 civic wont work. I just bought a 96 civic shell, and everything seems to be in place. I need a fuse diagram for a 96 Civic HX. I think it will need to be to an HX to because I am pretty sure they are all a little different. I need one for under the hood and in the dash..
I figured out a few things about it, I got the cluster to work, well I think I did anyway, I plugged it in and then put the battery in and everything and the SRS light came on when I turn the key over, but that was it.
Then with the power windows, the power windows won’t even role up or down, I looked at all the fuses and they are all good. I don’t know if I am missing any or not because I don’t have the diagram for the car. I did notice the driver side door wiring is cut so I understand that side wont work. But the passenger side doesn’t work also. Unless you have to have the driver side for the passenger side to work to.
I got the defrost button to work it lights up when I push it, but none of the heater ones light up. And like I said, the cluster SRS light comes on and goes off when you turn the key, im not sure if everything should come on when you turn the key over or not because it don’t have a motor. You would figure the E brake one would come on because that’s all there.
I don’t know im just lost any ideas? Or if anyone could maybe send me a fuse diagram for the dash and under the hood that would be cool to thanks everyone.
