You can use Aircraft paint stripper (get it from Checker in the paint isle).

i google searched...they said to brush on some paint stripper and let it set...then rub it off with some paint lacquer?

i don't know i rather talk to someone that has done it before plus if we used paint stripper will the rim look the same before it was painted?

It should.. it might eat up the clear coat though.

do i just brush the paint stripper on and scrub it off? and then pretty much gotta polish the rim back up?

M@

Yep. I'd suggest wearing chemical gloves when using it though.. it's pretty strong shit.

i would make sure the tire is completely covered. They make a spray too, you don't have to brush it on. After is strips the paint just wash it off with a hose. Mad fun!

Everyone says aircraft for paint, but if that doesnt do it, you can make your own little home made hot tank with some commercial gear.

A house might be a little big to wash it off with, plus expensive.. I'd suggest just using a hose. :D

the metal will need to be repolished afterwards. and unless its just spray paint you cant just wipe it on and spray it off. if its the factory coating it will require some scrubbing with a stiff bristle brush
