Anyone REALLY good with Honda?

I need help with my CRX. It starts, but has NO POWER at all. I used to step on it and would throw you back, but now, no runny so good. Can/does anyone wanna check it out for me. I can'r figure what's wrong!!! :confused:

Is this a "happened one day after getting a burrito" thing or "happened over the last few months during my sex change" type of thing? What motor, what mods, any questionable gas, need tune up, etc.?

Sorry, should have put what my Honda is:

1991 Honda CRX
B16A Motor w/ PR3 ECU
AEM Adjustable Gears
MSD Wires
Ram Intake
Cat-Back Exhaust


I haven't checked out tons, but I changed plugs, timing belt seems fine, checked cap and rotor. I'm okay with cars, just not great at figuring out what's wrong

Hey, have you checked your cam gears to see if they have slipped at all? I have seen a few cars that have had the gears slip and lose all their power. I would also question if your cat is plugged like Tobi said. I have blown up a few cat's and when they do I haven't been able to drive.
I would recommend that you unbolt the cat from the header and see if it run and revs like it should if that doesn't do it, then it may be time for a little professional help.

So I got a call from the Mazda Honda shop today, and yep, that cat was totally plugged. I guess also the o2 sensors were fried also, it does help explain why it ran so rich and the emissions were so bad. So there gonna call me and let me know what else is wrong, but so far, not too bad!
