Hi all, I am new to the forum. I find the site very helpful and interesting.

I have a question regarding the purchase of a complete front clip, specifically a Z32 TT clip between 90-95 year models. I need it to do a swap on my N/A 2+2 Z32 that has an engine that is almost out.

Most of the places that sell them, are from out of the state, and since I do not want to jeopardize my hard earned money, I am not excite about that idea.

One of the places that I found so far is: http://www.jspecautosports.com/default.aspx
They seem to be part of the BBB online program and they had so-so reviews from when they used to be on ebay.

Does anyone know where to purchase a local front clip??

Or does anyone have first hand experience with J-spec auto??

Any feedback is much appreciated.
Thanks!! :)

I bought a Z32 Clip from them before, didnt have any problems. Let me know if you need help with that swap, already did one in a 95 2+2.

Thanks man, I am sure going to need all the help I can get... I will provide the beers... :)

I am trying to rescue this old timer Z32 from becoming another part car or going to the junk yard.

Was the clip you got complete with trans. and everything?
As far as I keep hearing it depends of your luck what you get with the clip, sometimes may bring some goodies and others will be missing some stuff.

How long ago since you purchased the clip?

Thanks in advance for your reply..

Yeah the clip was complete with transmission. From all the front clips I bought and got to the shop, I have seen some intakes, boost controllers, gauges, radiator silicone hoses. All depends on what etc. Sometimes aftermarket upgrades are scarey, you never know the shape the motor is in. I recommend changing all the seals and gaskets. I ended up with a worn out sr20det and needs a full rebuild. I purchased the clip a little over a year ago. With the Z32 make sure you purchase a new engine harness, I am sure you know how old the clips and connectors get on those motors and end up breaking off. Here is my shops number give me a call if you have any more questions 303-922-6681
