I'm using Tari DL1 and ecuExplorer (http://www.tari.co.za/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl) to log data from my 05 legacy gt.

DL1 is the datalogger, EcuExplorer is just that - an ecu reset/tweaking/monitoring app.

I'm using the OBD2 cable from my old A4/vag-com combo and have just started playing around with it. Freeware for my car, the cable is something one can either build with schematics from openecu.org or buy from various vendors online.

Pretty damned cool is all I'm gonna say. DL1 rocks - I'm playing with my MBC and watching where the EGT and AFR get out of whack in relation to boost pressure. Stock boost was 12.5 psi or so, I'm up to 17 now w/no ill effects.

Best feature so far today - using the rear defogger button in my dash as the trigger to start/stop logging. :-)

$0.02 worth.

I've been using DL1 for the past 6 or so months logging and sending it Jon at TDC Tuning to build maps for my car. The only sucky thing is the sensor limitations. AFR stops at like 11.025 or something. Boost also cuts off after a certain range as well.

Have you tried ecuexplorer as well? I wasn't aware until just a bit ago that ecuexplorer superceded dl1.
