heres what i'm looking to do with the car.

FP green + supporting mods.

well obviously one of them will be a fuel pump. currently i'm running a nippon denso 210lph pump. i know this will not cut it with a "green". so what i'm looking for is a good intank pump that can handle the job.

people complain about the noise from the walbro 255lph pumps. but its one of my options (i could cares less about noise). i don't know squat about the supra pumps to pass judgement on them. so what i did like to know is what the expeirenced guys have to say about pumps on large turbos. pros and cons would help with the final decision.

thanks much

Had A 255 Walbro with 550cc injectors in my 1st gen AWD DSM, noise is not that bad, plus it's cheaper. Can only hear at idle with radio off.

Oh yeah plus the damn car always ran rich after that, black smoke, plan to buy AFC if done with injectors

Art - a supra pump is a good alternative as well. You -will- need an adjustable FPR, though. The pumps will support 500 rwhp on a 6cylinder running 550 injectors. I've got dual intank stock pumps, FWIW.

I have a hookup at 2 Denver area Toyota dealers for somewhat better pricing, if you're interested.

The high flow walbro pumps are awesome as well, if you can stand the noise. RRE has a fuel pump comparison page - go check it out. I believe they have the supra pump in the mix.

heres what i'm looking at for the fuel system:

i already have these:
ADFX dual feed fuel rail
ADFX AFPR (exactly like the one from spoolin)
-6an lines
k&n high flow fuel filter
nippon denso 210lph pump (temporary)
s-afc (til i have a chance to send in my eprom for a dsmlink)

what i still need:
injectors - i'll probably start with 660s and see what the datalogs say

i looking for a fuel pump that can really deliver the fuel i need.
the supra pumps are $125
the walbro pumps are $120

i just want to make sure i get the right pump the first time around and won't have to upgrade it. i know i'll probably have to do this with the injectors.
