WTF! Walmart raises the prices on all white box ammo. .223 has gone up $2+ per box of 40...

yup! the people on ar15.com are having a fit! looks like i'm going to see if my AR cycles wolf ammo.. if it does i'm going to pick up several thousand rounds and stash them away.

Yeah. I supposedly doesn't shoot as accurately, but it sure is cheap. Worked fine for me. Sportsmans Warehouse carries it.

I don't remember exactly, but it's usually about half the price of Winchester... it's just not reloadable. Sportsmans Warehouse carries Black Hills too, but it's pricey.

I bought some 9mm ammo last night at WalMart, it was $1.50 more then when I bought it 2 weeks ago.

wolf is a really dirty round; some extractors really hate the steel casings so check your manufacturer's specs. the primer is sealed in with a red sealant too; so don't be freaked out when you break your piece down to clean and there's red crap all over the place like i did lol
