I currently go to Speed Image like Matt. Moe is a good guy and does great work.
I've never had any work done at Tobi's(TC performance) but from what I've seen/heard, he does excellent work too. He's cool guy too.
What kind of car do you have?

I would like to bring this thread back and publicly appologize to the Racing Trenz company. I dont know if you have a dyno or not, dont know if you plan on doing tuning with it or not. Its not our style to slam another shop no matter what comes out of there.

Well.. not sure what is the overall word about Racing Trenz.
At least I can say that I have been happy with all the work they have done to my cars for the past 5 years, and I take all of them there for major repairs/work.. from my mom’s old 91 teg all the way to do turbo replacement on my TT Supra and work on my 300ZX, heck even my dad’s Grand Prix has been there for work and is not even an import, and they have never disappointed me.
The guys there have been honest to me and friendly, also really knowledgeable and no job is too small for them. Back in the day when I only had my little POS civic other shops listed on this topic would not be as friendly or did not treat me with good customer service.. I guess I was (probably still) not cool enough for them.
About Tobi, I really have never been at your shop but you have a great reputation on this and other boards. I guess it speaks greatly of you to write and apologize. I have been thinking of some work for my old beat up Civic and will certainly like to try your shop. :C :C
I am not here to defend Trenz but to present a happy customer perspective, since people only tend to share the bad things. I am sure that as most shops they could have a horror story, and that is just the nature of this business, people makes mistakes and what is worth is what they do to amend them.

TC's has a great reputation for a reason. I personally was there yesterday and the work that was done on my car was flawless. I wouldn't think twice about taking my car back to them, in fact I plan on taking it back to them within two weeks to have my car tuned on VAFC and I have no doubts they will do more flawless work.:)
