Unrestricted means that you dont have to apply for a licence to carry. It is legal for anyone over the age of 18 who is not a convicted felon.

Here is the same numbers for 2005. There are still 4 non issue states (Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Illnois) 2 no restriction states (Alaska, Vermont) 8 limited use high restriction states (Dumbfuckistan) and the rest of us at (34 states) The numbers are pretty good for a right to carry coverage for the entire country in 10 years or so. CA will be the last Im sure to adapt the policy if ever. We went from 8 states to 34 states in 19 years.

Another nice thing for any of you looking to get your CCW is that colorado has quite an extensive reciprocity with other states, meaning your concealed carry is valid there as well.

now. Colorado is an open carry state except for the city and county of denver. As long as it's not concealed and you are legally allowed to own a firearm, you can go anywhere armed. Wouldn't recommend it, though

Don’t forget that some counties in CO will place ccw holders into a persons of interest database. The database consists of other felons, criminals, etc. Get a UT permit.

I'd never bother with a permit. I don't need any defacto registration. And it's only a misde if you get caught.

But of course, I don't even own any firearms. Nasty things.

my roomate carrys a gun almost 247... Well he used to. He was gonna be a cop and wanted a head start I guess. He doesnt now cause we all flammed him and called him a pussy. He used to roll strapped to a bar or to eat.. We made fun of him cause he thinks just cause hes from cali he is hard...
I am from cali too, same parts and I dont roll strapped, only people asking for problems carry.

BTW, this isnt anyone that on here. He's just scared cause he talks mad shit.
