Comcast, dropping...

So, recently i've been having problems with my internet connection dropping out with comcast. I believe the cause to be the stupid Comcast router that comes with the business plan... It's dropping my connection every 4 or 5 minutes... It's really annoying as I have to wait 20 seconds and than it comes back on.....

Will comcast replace to router or am I going to have to pay out the ass for one?

depends on how new it is & if you're "renting" it or bought it off i think. my dsl modem/router died from qwest & i had to go buy a new one and it wasn't even a year old.

It's non wireless... It's a pain in the ass...... I'll call them tommorow.

Have you even tried power cycling the router and/or modem yet?
