Your Link doesn't work!!!!
Yeah, I have been throughing this idea around for about a month now. I got a stock S/C gasket and i am just deciding wether or not to build it or not, if it doesn't work good i just won't build it and fabricat my own Air-to-Water I/C. but if you guys think it will work i might start builing it this paycheck.
BTW: this is for the Eaton M90 and 3800 GTP motor. so theoreticly it would work the same on your JR S/C just smaller. both blowers are made by Magnesun.

Hmmm wonder how thin you could make the shim and still handle the flow of air???? Not a bad idea at all.

or even if you half the membrane (horizontal)instead of diagonal..\
there is a good chance it might work???HMMM
i might be able to do the same with the under manifold setup on my b20vtec.... for you? as long as you have the clearance under the hood.. i think it might work...awesome idea..
