Is it a complete bottom end? ie: pistons, rods, crank, oil pan, etc.

yeah its the complete bottom. Im looking for Hids, turbo kit ( i can add money to this), carbon fiber hood with scoop, 98+ type-r tranny. Just let me know what you have to trade and i'll let you know if im interested.

what kind are they? are they both high and low beam?
