Studio Chairs?

Anybody know of somewhere, preferably in the Springs or Pueblo where I can pick one of these up?

I'd try a furniture outlet or possibly Wal-mart has them? Sorry, used to have one a long ass time ago but not sure where you can get one nowadays. I don't know what else to tell ya, sorry! :(
