Anybody do house refi's?

Or know a very reputable person or company that does?
I basically had a refi all setup, ready to sign on the dotted the line but the lady I was working with is not returning any of my calls. She's a very reputable broker, and she's one of my old friends Mom. I have a sneaking suspiscion she's on vacation or something, I had to clear a few things up on my credit over the last 2 weeks and haven't tried to call her untill yesterday and today. She works for a big company but keeps her office at home, I haven't called the company yet but I just wanted to see if you guys know any good local places I can use as a back-up plan.
