How the hell did you remove the license plate, I am tryign to use the patch tool, not working WHAT SO EVER.

If you look on the left, you'll see a tool called the 'Skill Tool', but that's only if you have Version redb20teg 2.0 or Version M@ 2.0.. so you might be S.O.L.

play with the opacity of the patch tool. on the bumper, if you go from one side it will be too dark and if you go from the other it will be too light. you have to fade it till it looks right.
