Well,I found out I need a new trailing arm to go along with my wheel bearing replacement and won't have the car ready till Monday so my race against the 16G'd FWD will have to wait a week.:(
Man I'm bummed,I bet he'll think I chickened out so he'll be safe for another week.

Yes,I want him to cry. He said it runs 13s even though he's never had it at the strip also I'm not doing it for free. ;) $$$$

He also said his car ran 15.2s at Bandi whan it was stock.:rolleyes:

Hey John,while you're on this thread what's your opinion on KYB AGXs? are they worth doing if I don't really autox much or should I just get the GR2s for now and save for something better later.
I am in a bit of a cash crunch and the AGXs are $200 more. I'd rather save for a front mount.

That sucks about your trailing arm....things can never be just right can they.
Im planning on getting the AGXs, but mainly cause im FWD and i want to be able to stiffen the rear as much as i can.

Paul - when I had the DSM I replaced the stock struts with GR2s. They were great replacements, but if I would have had the $$ I would have gone with the adjustables (AGXs).

I'm looking at AGXs for the surpa now, as the stock struts have 104k on them and are, well, pretty tired.

You can't go wrong with the GR2s for the price. Are you doing springs as well?

I already have the Eibach Pro kit and right and I've heard of the AGXs having problems after a year or so of hard driving and the GR2s are only $170 through the Tire Rack.

I looked into the AGXs for my car, 97 Mustang GT, saw em on the net, $370 for a set of 4. I decided to do a bit of research on the Mustang boards and found out that about 80% of the people that got em thought they were junk, don't know if they'd perform better on your fwd tho. I think I'm gonna bite the bullet and go with the Bilstein's.

So when will your car be done?

I should have mine back by Tuesday or Wednesday and then it will be time to do struts.
Also the fuel pump and injectors have to be done before the first club clash.
