3 kills on the way to work

I was heading to work tonight when Steve and I ran into a few races. First up was a guy in a turbo Supra, the last gen. He took off several seconds before me because I had to wait for a car, but I pulled him in pretty easy. Then this guy in a silver turbo laser came flying up. He already had momentum when he got next to me, but I blew by him pretty easily. At last we were turning around to go to work when a black Corado revs at me at the light. he had the Corado imprint in the rear bumper painted red. It was Ryan's friend I think with the SC one. We got a clearing and I shut down after second with a car or so on him and pulling hard.

nice kills:guns: I dont know if that was andy I dont remember him having the corrado part painted yellow. Did his car sound like an ambulance?:cop: :D if so it was him:D

It was painted red.......I have no idea if it was him or not. It was definetly modded though

Hey 99SI - I probably asked before but have you run your car at the track and if so what did you run? 60' and all? Thanks just curious. When I am "driving around" nobody ever wants to play with me so I cam just curious as too how my old times compare with yours.

On Street tires I have run 14.701@99.13 with a 2.383 60'...... My traps are good enough for a low 14 or maybe even a high 13.

I have seen you almost everyday for the past week driving around, but I have been in my diesel truck everytime. i dotn think you would want to race that:) I saw you on Circle day before yesterday, I thought this riced out integra was going to try to play with you, but he turned off. If I see you arond in my car we can play.......But it sounds like your car is pretty quick.

I ran a 13.5@100 w/2.0 60' in Phoenix (1200ft above sea level). THen about 2 weeks ago at PMI opening I ran a 13.8@98 with a 2.1 60'. WIth AWD it's ALL ABOUT the 60' you get. I know that if I would have pulled off a 1.8 60' at PMI I would have been around 13.2-13.3 range.

With my mods since then and a good launch there is NO reason I shouldn't beable to hit high 12's.. given a good launch by a not so good driver :).

Yah if any of you guys see me and "want to play" just pull and let me know [heh]. Win or lose it's still all in good fun.

honestly I really don't like racing from a stop anyway... just don't like to abuse the clutch and tranny enough to get a good launch. I MUCH prefer races from a roll... gives a better idea of who has more hp and who is faster anyway :Beer:
