Does enyone have eny tips on the H22 swap before I start, I almoust got the old H23 out, but its bein a Bitch, ,does enyone Even know if the H22-Vtec will fit right in place of the old H23 or will I Have to get a SWAP-KIT , but bouth of the motors the H22 and H23 come frome a 92 prelude so I dont c y I should have eny problems swapin the two, but maybe some one know better and could tell me if im right or enything else I need to doo since this would be my first time swapin a motorninetwo.bravehost.com

hay DID u mean search the threads cuzzz I did and it came up with nothin g I dono may be im doin it wrong ,,,,, Blaze ..so you say Its just a simple drop job but all I gota doo is wire it up right??

There's several. Search archived threads in the prelude section for H22 swaps. However, all you need is to run two wires for VTEC and the H22 drivers side mount I think. Everthing else should be the same.

its pretty easy man, the motor drops right in, then you wire up vtec, but if you were smart you would have thrown some high compression pistons in the H23 block and then slapped the H22 vtec head on, could have made more power for less money!

Not Skilled enuf . but with time I will Rebuild the H23 and put it in A tiny CIVic or a Delsol or somthing. Plus the H23 was old it has 300K miles on it and I though a JDM H22 Vtec with 80K on it would be better . . Hay if some one wants to buy my old H23 Ill sell it with the tranny. but it has a Bad maine Seal its leaking from under the flywheel
